I want to know if you guys think my summer work out plan will work! (:?
Okay so I am 15 years old (girl) and i really want to loose weight over the summer. I am 5 foot tall and I'm 125 pounds. I know that's average for my age but NOT my height. I was just really stressed and did nothing but eat during the year so its time for some change. I want to be between 100-105 by the end of the summer. My plan is to wake up eat a good healthy breakfast and do some pilates for 45 minutes. Then go for a run or two. Also I have these shows on tv that do dance work outs so I'd do an hour dance work out. This would be everyother day though. The days in between I would wake up early with friends go on a mile run, go to my school play tennis. Then run another mile to a friends house and go swimming then do abs. These two plans are everyday. If I do this and eat right do you think I can reach my weight goal? Please don't be mean about my weight or anything
