How do I maintain my weight after losing weight?

Well, let's see. A pound is about 3500 calories. So, if you are losing 2 pounds a week and you want to maintain your weight instead, you would need to add 1000 calories a day to your diet OR use 1000 calories less per day OR a combination of the two. For instance, add 500 calories per day to your diet AND cut your exercise by 500 calories.
