Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
i started on a food and excercise diet on Monday may the 9th and the first week i lost 3 pounds the next week i lost 1 pound and the next another 1 pound. My original goal was 2-3 lbs a week but its not happening like that. I have been doing the winsor pilates maxium burn basics and eating no more than 1200 calories a day what more can i do?? Also i just had a baby 5 mo ago will that have any affect on how fast i lose?
Tips for a beginner runner?
Ok when I went into 7th grade I was out of shape but I wanted to do cross country. In this sport u run 1.89 miles straight. They had us run the course and told us if u have to stop and walk then do it but try not to. So I did it. Let me tell u it was hard. But I learned that if u stop to walk then run again it is harder to run. So maybe Try to run a mile and stop whenever needed. After a while all we did for the sport was stretch, run for 30 min straight then play tag for the rest of practice. It was so fun. If u cant run a mile and u are in pain then run for 5 min walk for 3. Do that for 30 min every day until u can run for 10 and walk for 2 hen get to where u never walk. Always stretch tho before and after. Drink lots of water. Eat carbs like pasta. Good luck sry this is long I'm tying to give u a variety of ways lol.
Where can i take drivers education?
im 16 i have a permit and i wanna take drivers ed so i can get my juniour liesence at 17 what places allow me to do that on long island ny
Does anyone know where the old EDS employee golf course was in the Dallas area?
There used to be a 9 hole golf course in the greater Dallas area that was for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) employees only. I cannot remember where (what city or even cross streets) it was located in the area. I'm nearly positive it's closed and/or been built over now, but it was still in use in the mid-90s.
Sports I can try at a later age?
If your a girl then I guess you should learn tennis and yoga. A boy should do martial arts and tennis. But archery seems so dangerous…
When should I see results?
I am 5'3 and 104 pounds I am a 21 year old female and have had one child who is now two. I have a goal to become toned by September first, so about 3 months. I am not worried about losing weight really but shrinking my stomach and toning my butt and thighs. My belly sticks out and looks distended. I hate how it makes me look 4/5 months pregnant. My doctor said nothing is wrong and told me to add probiotics to my diet. I do 30 minutes of pilates a day, 20 minutes of speed walking, 30 minutes on the stair stepper, and 5 repetitions of one minute stomach vaccums. I eat less than 1200 calories a day, maybe less than 1000. I eat fruits, veggies, nuts, eggs, low fat yogurts, cheese, and milk, whole wheat breads, hummus, nothing unhealthy (although sometimes i treat myself). I want 4 inches off of my tummy and 3 off my hips. At the rate I am going (i have been going on three weeks now) when should i see results?? I sont really see any improvements and I am getting very discouraged. Any tips, ideas, input? Thank you!
Can I use a yoga mat for pilates?
I recently started doing pilates in my finished basement (meaning carpeted floors) and I found that my hands and feet were slipping on the carpet. I have a yoga mat...could I use that just to make the carpet less slippery? The carpet is very rough as well (it had to be durable because my mom uses the basement for her daycare) so having my bare hands/elbows/knees on straight carpet isn't very comfortable.
