Golf fitness routine plan?

I'm 13 years young, and I want to be able to be flexible and strong enough to swing the ball far. I've heard that the main key factors to a good golf swing is muscle, aerobic, flexibility, and what not. I've been sort'of doing ab exercises, and pilate exercises. Along with a couple of reps of dumbbells. So i'm pretty much lost. XP So can anyone give me a good routine workout that i could do? I would do anything pretty much, sets of ab exercises, pilates (for flexibility please ;)), dumbbell reps, swimming, and doing the treadmill. Thanks.
