Desperate to lose weight.?

Im 5'9 3/4" and 145. Ive tried everything. i eat organic, dairy free, gluten free lifestyle. no refined sugars. I try to do yoga and pilates 2 hours every day, but my average of working out is about 5 hours a week. I honestly dont know what to do with myself. The fat just wont go away. What could i do to lose 20 pounds? is there any appetite suppressants i could use? please help.
