I'm 5'2" 150lbs, I had a baby 2 years ago. Before the baby I was 125lbs, most of it was muscle mass from playing lacrosse, volleyball, tennis. With a combination of good eating, replacing all my drinks with water & cardio 30-40 minutes 3x a week & pilates 3x a week, how much weight do you guys think I could drop within 4 months?
