I recently started doing pilates at home some excersise to tone up my body ?

I do workouts for my inner thighs, left handles, abs and the upper body. How ling will it take for my thighs to actually start showing improvement if I do the ecxercise everyday for 30 min? (I have giggly thighs it looks nasty!) I need them gone asap but I want someone to help me figure this out...?
