I am trying to lose weight so I started to do Pilates Weight Loss for beginners. I've never done Pilates before and I do NOT have the time to go to a Pilates class to see if I am doing everything right. I work everyday, all the time (so it seems) and when I do go to the gym, it's for about 15 minutes total on the treadmill or for a swim and on some days I lift weights. Is that okay to do the Pilates DVD instead of taking a Pilates class?
