Food-too much or too little?
Here's what I ate today so far. Breakfast-4 pancakes about 4 inches in diameter w/ butterlight syrup Lunch-homemade shrimp fried rice w/o shrimp Snack-peanut butter sandwhich Dinner-I plan on having lean pork and steamed veggies. And ill prolly have another snack later Does this sound like I'm overeating, or not eating enough? This is just an example of what I had today but I usually follow that same pattern, 3 small meals w/ snaks in between. I usually eat more veggies/fruit like celery, carrots,lettuce & spinich salads,peaches,bananas, strawberries, and watermelon for snacks. I am a SUCKER for sweets like cookies and ice cream though. I encourage my mom not to buy them, and when she does I get mad, but know I will eat them till I'm full at some point...I mostly drink water or milk. About a gal of water a day or a little less. I get about 30-60 mins of extra exercise a day (other than walking/household chores) that consists of mostly dancing around or pilates and maybe some running if I feel up to it. I am a 15 year old girl, about 5'4 and weigh 135-136 pounds, and look a lil bit chubby. I'm trying to reach at the most 129 before summer ends.
