Drivers License help.?

I am moving to Colorado very soon and I have a Georgia learners permit. I was planning on taking drivers ed and getting my license in November. (as that is when I got my permit) My question is, would I have to start all over again and get a Colorado permit, or could I keep my Georgia permit and get a Colorado license in November when my 12 month Georgia permit is up.
