Can someone help me with court?

i got into a argument with a teacher and he was to close in my space and i put my hand on him and moved him out of the way.......that was almost a month ago....today my dad got a letter in the mail saying my principle filed a complaint and i have to go to court in two weeks......im getting charged with 1.)aggravated assault on teacher and 2.) disorderly conduct/offensive.....im scared shitless.... i know what i did was wrong and stupid but i didnt know it was gonna end up like this .....and on top of that i find out that because im 17 i can be charged with as an adult......any advice would be great ..... and if anyone knows a public defender close to clayton nj would be perfect..... and for the disorderly conduct it say degree PDP....can someone tell me what that means
