Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

i started on a food and excercise diet on Monday may the 9th and the first week i lost 3 pounds the next week i lost 1 pound and the next another 1 pound. My original goal was 2-3 lbs a week but its not happening like that. I have been doing the winsor pilates maxium burn basics and eating no more than 1200 calories a day what more can i do?? Also i just had a baby 5 mo ago will that have any affect on how fast i lose?
