Would Pilates be a sustainable strength workout by itself or should I aim to do more in addition with Pilates?

I'm trying to do strength training 3 times a week and I was wondering if Pilates would be a sufficient enough strength exercise by itself or should I be doing more with weights? I am not trying to bulk up, just lose weight and get toned. I already do cardio 3 times a week.
