Your just losing weight at a normal way in some way. Something you can do is find your BMR not bmi but BMR and what it comes out with is how many calories you have to eat to Maintain your weight. So if you want to lose weight eat less than your BMR. Also do NOT eat less than 1200 calories or your body goes into starvation mode. And again if you find out how much your work out translated into BMR you add that to your BMR so you can eat more calories or lose more by eat less
