I am 5"4' and i weigh 124 lbs , and im 13. I want to be 115-120 lbs, and i need weighs to lose fat&gain muscle?

I play competetive soccer, go running, do yoga and pilates, but i am not losing fat ( it looks like that ) and not losing weight . Also i eat fairly healthy ( mostly fruits and vegges and meats with occasional ice cream and other un healthy stuff )
