But I'm trying to get to 120lbs. What cardio regime would you recommend to get there? I have a gym membership and a yoga studio membership. I've started doing 1 hour of a cardio a day, a mix of the StairMaster and treadmill, I'm usually able to get to 4 1/2 miles in that time. I'm a Pilates instructor, pretty active and fit but I can't get my body to go lower than 135 and it's really frustrating. My diet isn't as disciplined as it should be but I've committed to working on it. Any tips there are appreciated, too. Thanks!
