How can I lose belly fat without becoming abdominally muscular?
I work out to make the fat go away on my belly, doing crunches, pilates, yoga, etc. The issue is that, from what I understand, it is common for people to develop muscles underneath their fat and not realize it, and continue to exercise, thinking that they aren't gaining muscle, then end up being too muscular. However, I do realize that my muscles are under my fat, but I don't want the fat to be there. I already have a very healthy diet, though I eat bits of junk food (already working on that). I'd like to know if there is any way possible that I could lose just the fat, and not gain too much muscle, because I honestly don't find it too attractive. My guess would be jogging of stair-stepping, since that's how people usually lose weight without contributing to their abdominal muscles, but I haven't found the time to try it yet. If that's the solution, then please tell me. If it's not, please give me any possible advice. Thank you!
