How can I loose this stubborn belly fat?

I exercise everyday for 2 hours at the gym. Over the past year I have seen significant weight loss all over my body.....except my belly. I do cardio (various forms I rotate to keep it new everyday) and I have a weights schedule. I take Zumba classes. I also have a Pilates reformer at home that I use as well. What can I do to focus more on getting my stomach flatter because everything I am trying does work on all my other body parts except there. And the more I lose weight everywhere else the bigger my stomach looks. I have had two kids and I feel like I still look 6 months pregnant. I am a size 14 and 5'2" to give you a better idea of my body.
